The Department of Earth Sciences is pleased to announce the arrival of two distinguished visiting professors from the United States, who will be with us for a one year period. Prof. Tony Lui of the Applied Physics Laboratory at John Hopkins University (Laurel, Maryland) is an expert on the upper atmosphere, whilst Prof. David Y.H. Pui of the Particle Technology Laboratory at the University of Minnesota (Minneapolis, Minnesota) is an expert on aerosol science and technology. Welcome Profs. Lui and Pui!
